Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Always Happens. Always Happens provides free calendar discovery and optional paid personalized digital video gifts when live checkout is enabled. The final amount, any extras and the period during which a finished video is available for download are disclosed before payment. Paying does not create a subscription or authorize future charges. For questions or problems with a paid order, contact support@alwayshappens.com. These terms do not limit statutory cancellation, refund, chargeback or other mandatory consumer rights. Use the site to explore and share factual calendar relationships. Source records can be incomplete or disputed; report corrections through Contact. Calendar discoveries are informational and do not establish a personal relationship, compatibility, destiny or affiliation with a public figure.

Submit only photos, messages and other material you are authorized to use. Always Happens may decline to create, approve or make available content that violates our Content Guidelines, including harassment, hateful or unlawful material. A viewing link may be forwarded. You are responsible for considering what a shared message reveals.

Approved personalized videos remain private to the buyer unless the buyer intentionally creates a viewing link. A viewer with that link can watch and may forward it. The buyer can invalidate a link at any time, and links stop working when the video availability period ends. For purchased videos, download and save your copy before the deadline shown with the order. Do not share material without appropriate permission from the person shown.

Accounts and invitations are subject to reasonable storage and abuse limits. You can revoke your shared links. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the service. The service is provided on an as-available basis; uninterrupted availability or a continuing supply of new discoveries is not promised.

Private gifts are not automatically licensed for public marketing. Separate permission is required to publish identifiable customer examples. These terms do not replace any consumer or privacy rights that apply to you.
