Einstein's March 14 and the week that follows

The simplest connection can explain the larger calendar pattern.

A sourced starting point

Nobel's biographical record gives Albert Einstein's birth date as March 14, 1879. His recurring March 14 birthday provides a straightforward example for exploring annual weekday relationships. The calculation does not test scientific ability, creativity or intelligence. It asks what happens when March 14 and another selected month and day are placed on the same calendar.

Begin close, then look farther

March 21 is exactly one week after March 14. Whatever weekday March 14 occupies, March 21 occupies it too. March 28 adds another complete week and keeps the same relationship. These nearby examples make it easier to understand more distant members of the same group, such as September 26. All lie after February, so their relative separations remain fixed when a leap day is inserted earlier in the year.

Test the right version of the claim

In 2026 March 14 and March 21 both fall on Saturday. In 2027 they are Sunday, and in 2028 they are Tuesday. This does not establish the original weekday of Einstein's birth relative to someone born in another year. Use the complete birth date for that question. For annual connections, the month and day are enough. Keeping the two questions separate lets you enjoy the familiar name without attaching unsupported meaning to the result or needing to publish an age.
